I accompany you from the very first exchange to the signing at the notary’s office. I plan the visits, I draft all the legal documents and I guide you every step of the way. I refer you to trusted professionals with whom I collaborate regularly, inspectors, mortgage brokers, contractors and other experts. I negotiate your offer to obtain the best conditions and I ensure that all the steps are respected until the conditions are fully met. Finally, I make sure that all the documents are sent to the notary so that everything is ready for the final appointment.
